Website Maintenance
All websites created by Imaj Website Development come with 3 months of free maintenance once your website is online. This includes up to 3 minor updates per month. (A "minor" update is any update requiring less than one hour of work). Beyond this, we offer three maintenance plans as follows:
Option One:

Cost: $100 per month or $550 for 6 months
Full service monthly maintenance (up to 5 hours per month) includes the following per month:
- update to existing web page content (i.e. URL/link changes, publication list modification/changes, phone and other contact information updates);
- addition of up to 10 new web pages (graphics and navigation consistent with existing pages, new web pages cannot exceed legal size 8.5" x 14" when printed out or additional fees may be required)
- scanning of up to 5 images and/or photos
- any additional work beyond that outlined above will be charged at $35/hour
Option Two:

Cost: $50 per month or $250 for 6 months
Limited monthly maintenance (up to 3 hours per month) includes the following per month:
- update to existing web page content (i.e. URL/link changes, publication list modification/changes, phone and other contact information updates);
- addition of up to 5 new web pages (graphics and navigation consistent with existing pages, new web pages cannot exceed legal size 8.5" x 14" when printed out or additional fees may be required) -- up to 4 hours per month,
- scanning of up to 3 images and/or photos
- any additional work beyond that outlined above will be charged at $35/hour
Option Three:

Cost: $35 per hour
"Adhoc" maintenance hourly rate:
- flat hourly rate includes HTML updates, new pages, scanning, basic cgi-scripts
